GOBHI is seeking your help! The community is invited to complete our new behavioral health plan survey. Your voice is important and will help guide our future planning efforts. The survey allows for much broader input than focus groups or interviews and we appreciate your time in completing it.
The survey is anonymous and will take about 15 minutes or less to complete. It is intended for community stakeholders and GOBHI partners. We are using other methods to collect feedback from our Members.

We appreciate your thoughts about behavioral health (mental health and substance use disorder) services in Eastern Oregon Coordinated Care Organization's (EOCCO) service area. Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. (GOBHI) is conducting this survey on behalf of EOCCO to gather information and feedback about the behavioral health system to inform a Comprehensive Behavioral Health Plan.

Who - Intended for our community partners and stakeholders. Please share it with anyone who may be interested.
How - The survey is anonymous; your comments cannot be traced back to you.
Results - The results will be incorporated into the Comprehensive Behavioral Health Plan, which will be available on the GOBHI web page, gobhi.org.
