2025 EOCCO Summit

The 13th Annual EOCCO Summit will take place Thursday, September 18th from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. This in-person event brings together providers, clinic staff, traditional health workers, community-based organizations, wraparound services coordinators and all other member advocates to help discuss how to improve care for our community.

Attendees can receive up to 4.5 Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.
