Momentm Technologies made the EOCCO NEMT app. EOCCO NEMT offers this service. EOCCO NEMT has made no changes to the app.

If there is a problem with the app we will collect data (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This data can be phone IP address, phone name, operating system data and the set up of the app. This data can also be the time and date of the problem and other data.

Location Access

The app needs to know where you are while in use. This is used for vehicle tracking, trip mileage, and for same-day trip assignments. This data is ONLY used for trips. It is ONLY collected while using the app. This data is not used for advertising. You can turn off location tracking when you are not on a trip.
