Selection of a Mental Health Provider

After an assessment or evaluation, a GOBHI Provider will help you select a clinician who can meet your treatment needs. Please tell your GOBHI Provider of any concerns you have before a clinician is chosen.

Changing Mental Health Providers

You may change your mental health provider by calling GOBHI Member Services. We will help you select another provider and may ask why you want to change. We may use this information to correct problems.
